NY Times
So what do you do for a living?
I’m not sure who sits around in their New York Times office and dreams up ways to get more money for the government, or why such a position is needed, but I read this today on NY Times website:
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/27/opinion/27fri1.html
In a nutshell, it’s a plea to start up an internet tax on all commerce out of online retailers, including those who sell nutshells.
New York already has this in effect, but those kind souls of New York are worried about your state’s income. I like people who get their moral affluence by figuring out how to spend other people’s money. It reminds me of something I often heard in shop class: You’re doing it wrong.
